Tariffs:

Per week from saturday to saturday, except annotations.

Reservation :

25% of the price of the holiday paid as deposit on reservation.

Booking held for 8 days.

Cancellation fee :

Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the holiday, 25% of the total price retained.

Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the holiday or if the customer does not arrive, no refund will be made and the balance will have to be paid. 

Heating:

Electric radiators and floor heating cables.

Electricity included in the rental price.

The following are not included in the price :

Visitors'tax, € 1.75 per person, per night, from 18 years old.

Security payments :

On arrival, a guarantee is required to cover damage or breakages and for the housework (if it is necessary).

This guarantee will be returned at the departure after the inventory.

Tenants arrival from 14:00, departure by 10:00 at the latest.
