Tariffs:

Per week, except annotations.

Reservation :

25% of the price of the holiday paid as deposit on reservation.

Booking held for 8 days.

Cancellation fee :

Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the holiday, 25% of the total price retained.

Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the holiday or if the customer does not arrive, no refund will be made and the balance will have to be paid.

Cancellation insurance available:

4 % of the rental charge.

Heating:

Closed fireplace (wood provided) and electric heating.

The following are not included in the price :

Electricity (electric heating) current EDF

Off-peak - Peak rates.
Allow for between €20 and €25 in summer.

In winter between €60 and €80, including use of the

fireplace (wood supplied).

Visitors'tax, € 0.77 per person per night.

And cancellation insurance.

Security payments :

On arrival, a guarantee is required  to cover damage

or breakages and for the housework (if it is necessary).

This guarantee  will be returned at the departure.

Tenants arrival from 16:00, departure by 10:00 at the latest.

 We are happy to welcome your well behaved pets.

Supplement of €20 per animal.
